I have been a client of Nancy Cleary's for approximately nine years. She has done various projects, ranging from a cover for my audio-tape to designing my newsletter to creating a logo and business cards. While I have been a client, I would also call Nancy a friend, and I feel confident that most or all of her clients feel that way about her. She has an incredibly positive attitude, almost effervescent. I can honestly say she is the most responsive, prompt person I have ever hired as an outside contractor. When Nancy asks what my deadline is for a project and I laugh and say "Yesterday," she says OK, and practically makes it happen.

The quality of Nancy's work is always creative and outstanding. She has already recieved a variety of awards for her work in various areas including a national award from the Publishers Marketing Association for the first book she has ever published.

Nancy is not only an incredibly high-energy woman, she is dedicated to helping others as she does the work she loves. She is a strong supporter of helping other women advance their own careers. She chooses projects that forward the talents of women and give them the kind of exposure they need. She blends clear vision with hard work.

I have known Nancy long enough to know that even when the going gets rough, she hangs in there. If she faces financial difficulties, she does not lose her vision, or cut back on her ultimate goals; she just keeps looking for new ways support her continued progress.

Along with all her professional work, she is a devoted mother who has two children who (from pictures I've seen) look to me like delightful children. As a person who has worked professionally with children, I believe that even pictures show us which ones radiate love and nurturing. Hers clearly do.

Her Box-Is project is one that could, I believe, be built into a dynamite business, while giving fabulous support to women authors and also to creating gifts that truly inspire and nurture women. I believe she has the potential to turn it into just that. She is so quick to learn new technologies. She constantly gives me new information about ways to market, and, I believe, will continue to find increasingly effective ways to market her Box-Is product to a national audience.

Nancy Cleary, publisher with Wyatt-MacKenzie Publishing Co., and designer with DesignScapes Studio, has developed her products, including box-is.com, from sheer guts, incredible vision, and amazing creative ability. As a designer, she has a "can-do" mentality, no matter what vision a client suggests. As a publisher, she has been a dream come true for me. The facts that my two books which she has published have both won awards and received nationwide attention and that now they are included in the box-is.com lineup are not only gratifying to me as an author, but also a testament to Nancy's high standard. As a "Mom"-run business, Nancy literally puts her life on the line for us, her clients, and she's worth more than any of us have been able to pay her!
