Lisa Orrell began her 2-decade long marketing career by receiving a B.S. Degree in Advertising from San Jose State University, with a minor in Marketing. She started her first advertising agency when she was just 25 years old, and continued to run her award-winning high-tech agency for 20 years in Silicon Valley. And over the years, Lisa has received over 75 national and international awards for marketing and creative excellence.based on her expertise, Lisa has got herself covered by countless media, including: ABC, MSNBC, NPR, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, AdWeek, AdAge, FoxBusiness.com, U.S. News & World Report, The Silicon Valley Business Journal, and BNET.com.
As your personal Marketing Consultant, Lisa's role is to: Assess your current marketing efforts and tools (if you have some developed) and make recommendations for improvement; brainstorm and provide strategies for you to consider; assist with the development of your brand platform & positioning; help you identify opportunities for revenue generation (i.e. product development, webinars, etc.); and strategize ideas for PR/Media exposure. - As your personal Publicist, Lisa's duties include, but are not limited to: Developing strategic marketing and PR ideas to promote you; contacting the media on your behalf to secure interviews and coverage; writing and/or editing press releases; researching opportunities to expand your brand’s reach; providing promotional event/strategy ideas (online or offline); assisting with event planning; executing (some) efforts for you versus oversee your implementation of them; and/or writing copy for your website and marketing tools.

- Proofreader
Karen Kibler received a Ph.D. in 1997 from Arizona State University where she is now an Assistant Research Professor and the University Biosafety Manager. The focus of her current research is HIV vaccines and treatments. Karen brings a meticulous eye and a passionate writing spirit to the final proofread of an author's book. Karen published her book THE SECOND CHASM with Wyatt-MacKenzie in 2009.

Heather Hedden is an information design and management professional, with a specialization in taxonomies, indexing, and search. Heather teaches online courses in taxonomies and in web site indexing. She has given numerous presentations and published many articles on taxonomies, indexing, and other information management topics and has recently written a book, Indexing Specialties: Web Sites, published jointly by the American Society for Indexing and Information Today, Inc. Heather also has a background in writing and editing, including reference book essays, abstracts, technical documentation, and magazine and newspaper articles.
Heather served as vice president and then president of the New England Chapter of the American Society for Indexing in 2005 and 2006 respectively.
